Today it starts the I International Conference in eGovernment and New Human Rights, at Rivas Vaciamadrid. I was invited to participate, but I could’nt go for personal questions  -I have to be father again this week or next. Though, I am part of the Conference Commitee, so I feel part of the event even from the distance.

The Conference wants to deep in analyzing relations between human rights, new technologies, democracy, digital inclusion and eGovernment development. I’ve got different friends that will participate there, as Alberto Ortiz, Carlos Guadian or Yanina Welp. Good luck for them and I hope we will be able to know about the Conference Conclusions.
